COURSE DESCRIPTION AND LEARNING OBJECTIVES
The objective of the CanSky Aviation Deicing Vehicle Driver/Operator training course is to educate personnel on the “clean aircraft concept”, and the requirements and responsibilities for their specific roles and functions as a Deicing Vehicle Driver (DI-L10) and/or Deicing Operator (DI-L20) as found in SAE AS6285/AS6286, applicable national legislation and regulatory guidelines (EASA, FAA and Transport Canada), and other applicable industry standards and guidelines.

• Aircraft de/anti-icing and/or pre/post deicing check personnel
• Deicing operations management staff
• Air carrier personnel with responsibilities under their ground icing program
• Air carrier quality assurance/control inspectors
• Aircraft maintenance personnel

COURSE DURATION
