Sanjay Malik joins the CanSky Aviation Inc. sales team as Acting Vice President Business Development, North America, reporting directly to Karan Deswal, President and CEO assuming a responsibility for increasing revenue and customer relationships in North America.

Before joining CanSky Aviation, Sanjay’s career has taken him on an exciting journey, spanning over three decades in aviation encompassing airports and airlines in Middle East, Europe, and North America. His work has encompassed an airline, a ground handler, an aircraft services provider, a consultancy boutique group to name a few ventures.

His greatest strength is having worked on both sides of the fence, Sanjay brings with him a diverse and global experience, developing and leading various teams in both operations and the sales divisions of the organization he has worked with during his career.

One of his strengths is the passion for building a team, a team that can continue to march forward against all challenges while continuing to focus on revenue generation through the company purpose and vision of maintaining excellence for the Customer at all service levels.

A firm believer in two important mantras that have guided Sanjay’s aviation career; one is that people make the company and forward thinkers make an organization. The second is that an organization that can decipher and deliver the needs of its end customers will continue to grow excellence in service delivery and a strong revenue base for both the customer and the company.

Sanjay will continue his quest to deliver the organization goals and improve EBITDA working closely with Karan and his teams of the CanSky Family spread over Canada and USA delivering a unique and quality service to their customers.
