The Covid-19 epidemic has severely impacted the evolution of our industry and the mechanism for merely establishing or even retaining a presence or market share in any territory, requires constant attention and renovation.
Based on half a century of successfully combined experience as GSAs and Operations Management for several Major Carriers, we offer a fresh new approach within a realistic framework of plain no-nonsense solid work.
This, combined with our past achievements in all related fields of Commercial Aviation, enables us to offer a complete package of services which could be of interest to any major carrier planning to either seek Representation in Canada or planning to review its current arrangements.

Who We Are?

Our team is headed by ‘Karan Deswal’, based in our Toronto Headquarters, aided by ‘Andrew Hartman’ in Vancouver and ‘Luigi Colizza’ in Montreal. All three combined have accumulated over a century of experience in all areas of Airline Management, ranging from Airport Operations, Passengers, Cargo and Government relations. In each of these areas we have on occasion cooperated and provided in either consulting or working towards advising airline industry partners as needed or requested.

We are independently owned corporation dedicating a very personal attention to our task and, as such, not inclined to the idea or partnering with any large global GSA organisation. This, in our mind, risks the effect of diluting the intensity of our focus on our specific mandate.

Canada Synopsis

Too small to justify the cost for a carrier to install its own facilities, yet interesting enough in terms of market potential, Canada has for long been a source of potential business for many international airlines.

Our market thrives on its own distinct identity and several attempts at micromanaging its operations from points located in distant locations have very often yielded negative results. It’s no secret that our industry is in a Recovery Mode aiming to a return to sustainability, with all efforts aimed at repositioning themselves in our Market. With this purpose in mind, several Airlines are either considering the possibility of commencing services to Canada or to review whatever arrangements they might already have in terms of representation in this Market. Although geographically larger than the USA, the Canadian Airline Market is largely compacted and thus commonly considered as most suitable for Airlines to outsource their activities either in Commercial or Operational terms.

Under the circumstances, we are proud to state that we are the only Company in Canada to extend services in all possible areas of interest.

Services Offered

Operations:

Experience in all facets of Airport Operations such as Ground Handling, Safety Management Systems, Health and Safety Requirements, Cargo Handling, Flight Dispatching, Staff Training, Generating ancillary revenues etc.

Marketing and Sales:

We offer decades of successful experience as Passenger and Cargo G.S.A. for several major carriers, including 25 years with the LATAM Group of Airlines in Canada. As such, we remain committed to providing the most efficient and cost-effective representation possible, with two specific objectives in mind:

  1. To generate or improve our principals’ revenue in Canada.
  2. To create such marketing conditions and political environment as may be required to justify our mandate.
Legal and Regulatory Affairs:

Liaison with all Government Agencies, including assistance in preparing and submitting documentation for Carriers to obtain Operating Certificates and License’s. Legal assistance in all matters as required, and more.

Training:

Offered training in all areas of ground handling, security, safety, dangerous goods, etc.
